Shipping and Delivery

At All India Cargo Logistics Group (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to providing safe, efficient, and reliable vehicle transportation services across India. These Shipping & Delivery Terms & Conditions govern all vehicle transportation services provided by the Company and form an integral part of our overall Terms & Conditions.

By booking our services, the customer (“you”, “client”) agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Pickup & Delivery Timelines
  • Pickup and delivery schedules provided are estimated timelines only and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road restrictions, regulatory inspections, strikes, mechanical issues, or force majeure events.
  • The Company shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
  • Any delay shall not entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation.

2. Vehicle Handling & Transportation
  • Vehicles are handled by trained professionals following standard industry safety practices.
  • Loading and unloading are carried out using shared or dedicated carriers as per the service booked.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for:
    • Pre-existing dents, scratches, or mechanical issues
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Electrical or mechanical failures during or after transit

Customers are advised to document the vehicle condition prior to handover.


3. Shipment Updates & Communication
  • The Company may provide periodic updates regarding shipment status; however, real-time tracking is not guaranteed.
  • Communication delays shall not be considered service deficiency.
  • Customers are responsible for remaining reachable on the contact details provided at the time of booking.

4. Route Planning & Logistics Control
  • All routes, carriers, and transport methods are determined solely by the Company based on operational feasibility, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Customers have no authority to demand specific routes, drivers, or carriers unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Transit Insurance & Risk Coverage
  • Transit risk coverage is mandatory and subject to the terms mentioned in the quotation letter.
  • Insurance coverage applies only for transit period.
  • Claims, if any, are governed strictly by the provider’s terms and conditions.
  • The Company acts only as a facilitator and shall not be liable for claim rejection, partial settlement, or delays by the insurer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure:

  • Vehicle is clean and empty of personal belongings
  • Fuel level does not exceed minimum safety limits
  • Accurate documentation is provided (RC copy, ID proof, etc.)

The Company shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle.


7. Delivery Conditions
  • Vehicle delivery shall be made only after full and final payment clearance.
  • Delivery may be delayed or withheld if:
    • Outstanding dues are pending
    • Documentation is incomplete
    • Delivery location is inaccessible or unsafe

Redelivery or waiting charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.


8. Specialized Vehicles & Exceptions
  • Transportation of accidental, non-running, modified, or high-value vehicles may require special arrangements and additional charges.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse transport of any vehicle deemed unsafe or non-compliant.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value covered under transit insurance (if applicable).
  • No claims shall be entertained after delivery acceptance without written remarks at the time of delivery.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in service due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Accidents
  • Labor strikes
  • Pandemics or emergencies

11. Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
