At All India Cargo Logistics Group (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), once a booking is confirmed, substantial operational resources are allocated, including vehicle arrangement, carrier scheduling, manpower planning, and route optimization. Therefore, all cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy outlined below.
By confirming a booking and making any payment, the customer (“you”, “client”) agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.
1. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official company email only.
Requests made through phone calls, WhatsApp, or verbal communication shall not be considered valid. - Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.
Cancellation Charges (Deducted from Token Amount)
- ₹2,000 for Tier 1 cities
- ₹3,000 for Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4, and Tier 5 cities
These charges are applied to cover administrative, operational, and scheduling costs already incurred.
No Cancellation Window
- No cancellation will be accepted within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date and time.
- In such cases, the entire token/advance amount shall stand forfeited, and no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds shall be considered only in the following limited situations:
- Cancellation is made strictly as per the above cancellation terms.
- The Company is unable to provide the agreed service due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or unforeseen operational issues.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed after deducting cancellation charges, non-refundable fees, and any expenses already incurred.
- Refund processing time is 7–10 business days from approval of the refund request.
- Refunds shall be issued only through electronic transfer to the original payment method.
No interest or compensation shall be payable on delayed refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances, including cancellations or service disruptions:
- Booking, administrative, and processing fees
- Documentation, verification, and compliance charges
- Pickup planning, manpower allocation, and logistics arrangement costs
- Any expenses incurred prior to cancellation
These charges represent actual operational costs incurred by the Company.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Customers are encouraged to opt for rescheduling instead of cancellation, subject to operational feasibility.
- Rescheduling is permitted within 12 months from the original booking date.
- Any difference in service cost due to route changes, service upgrades, or revised dates shall be borne by the customer.
- If rescheduling is requested within 48 hours of pickup, the token amount shall not be refunded but may be adjusted against the rescheduled booking, at the Company’s discretion.
5. Important Disclaimers
- Refund timelines for credit card payments are subject to the customer’s bank processing cycle.
- The Company shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to traffic disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
- The Company’s decision regarding refunds, deductions, and rescheduling shall be final and binding.
