- Once an invoice is generated, it cannot be revised or disputed except in case of clerical error.
Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment of freight charges is mandatory at the time of pickup via online/UPI transfer.
- The remaining balance must be cleared immediately after dispatch and invoice sharing.
- No Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) is permitted.
- Delivery will be withheld until full payment is received.
- Any delay in payment may result in storage charges, demurrage, or service suspension.
7. Service Scope & Limitations
- Delivery timelines provided are estimated only and may vary due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, strikes, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.
- Customers must ensure vehicles and goods are prepared as per guidelines (removal of personal items, documentation readiness, etc.).
- The Company is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside vehicles or packed items unless explicitly declared and insured.
8. Transit Insurance & Liability
- Liability of the Company is strictly limited to the extent of transit insurance coverage, if opted by the customer.
- Claims, if any, must be reported in writing within the stipulated timeline mentioned in the insurance policy.
- The Company shall not be liable for:
- Wear and tear
- Mechanical or electrical issues
- Pre-existing damage
- Natural calamities or accidents beyond reasonable control
- Rusting Damage
9. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All India Cargo Logistics Group, its employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
10. Service Refusal & Termination
The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate services without liability if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- Information provided is false or misleading
- The shipment violates legal or safety regulations

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
